Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All products sold on Laser Store (laserstore.online) are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we have the following policy:

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

Exceptions – We Will Happily Refund If:

• You were charged twice for the same order

• You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase

• The files were corrupted or unreadable

• The product was significantly different from what was described

 

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation meets one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at laserstore22@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

 

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase and downloading the files, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has commenced.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on digital products. If you purchased the wrong product, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
