Q: What file formats do you provide?
A: Our files come in SVG and DXF formats, compatible with all major laser cutters and design software including LightBurn, RDWorks, Inkscape, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
Q: How many files are in the bundle?
A: Our bundle contains 850,000+ laser cut design files across hundreds of categories including geometric patterns, animals, nature, holidays, home decor, and more.
Q: Can I use these files commercially?
A: Yes! Files include a commercial use licence. You may sell finished products made with them, but you may not resell the digital files themselves.
Downloads and Delivery
Q: How do I get my files after purchase?
A: Instantly! You receive an email with a download link as soon as payment is confirmed. No waiting or shipping.
Q: I did not receive my download email - what do I do?
A: Check your spam folder first. If not found, email us at laserstore22@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it right away.
Q: How long does my download link last?
A: 30 days. Contact us if your link expires and we will reactivate it.
Q: Can I re-download my files?
A: Yes, log into your account and visit your order history to re-download within the 30-day window.
Refunds
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: All sales are generally final for digital products. We do offer refunds if files are corrupted, not delivered, or significantly different from the description. See our Refund Policy for details.
Technical Support
Q: I cannot open the SVG files - what software do I need?
A: SVG files open in Inkscape (free), Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and most laser cutting software.
Q: Are the files compatible with Glowforge, Xtool, or other machines?
A: Yes, SVG and DXF formats work with virtually all laser cutting machines.
